It's with a broken heart and tears in my eyes we had to say Goodbye to our Big, Handsome, Smart, Kind, and " Best Dog in the World." We are devastated, but know it was time. We could of kept him a few more days, (maybe) but decided his quality of life wasn't there anymore. Deep down we knew it was coming, but your never ready to let go. And when you have to make the decision, it's so much harder. Our house is so empty, he was a huge part of all our life. He did almost everything with us. He especially loved "Happy Hour" because he loved his cheese. He ate more of it then we did, and preferred the expensive kind!!!! He was such a funny dog n always entertained us with his actions. He hated it when we watched Football. I don't think he liked all the yelling that was going on. He would quietly growl n bark at me,,,, like knock it off Mom!!! He followed me everywhere I went. This picture was taken when he was watching me hang Xmas lights at the end of the driveway this year. We were blessed to get 4 more years of life with him through the help of Margaret n staff at the Animal Wellness Center of Buffalo Valley in Mondovi, Wi. because of his spine problems. I could go on and on about "My Big Handsome Boy" but I think you get the picture. RIP Obie! We love and miss you!
